BDS Engineering offers pressure tanks which are manufactured
from steel with a high quality paint finish and have a stainless steel 25mm
connection. These quality pressure tanks are used to store water while the pump
is running. The stored water is released until the pressure has reached the
cut-in pressure of the pump controller (pressure switch or digital controller).
The tank has a polypropylene liner to prevent water coming in contact with the
steel tank and the diaphragm is constructed from a high grade butyl rubber
compound.
Horizontal Pressure Tank is an energy storage device
consists of a steel shell, rubber bladder. The rubber bladder completely
separated the water from the gas chamber. Also a pressure tank could balance
the water and pressure of water system. Pressure tank is widely used in central
air-conditioning, boilers, fire, water treatment, and water heater and so on.
Pressure tank is also used in the circulating water of
central air conditioner pressure steady, water supply expansion system, heating
system circulating water pressure, fire water supply system water pressure
steady, frequency conversion water supply pressure steady, boiler, air pressure
water supply and other occasions.
In addition, in the water system, expansion tank can also
reduce the pump start frequently. It can be used to absorb water shock which
caused by starting and closing of valve and pump in water system. It also can
be used few water supply system, makes the main pump dormancy to reduce
electricity consumption at night, prolong the life of the pump.
Pressure tank characteristics: Internal bladder structure
ensures that the water does not touch with the tank wall, so the walls of the
pressure tank internal no rust and the pressure tank without dewing phenomenon,
this prolong the life of tank greatly. Compared with traditional water
container, expansion tank in refrigeration and HVAC system has the advantages of
convenient installation ( not installed in the highest point ) takes up little
space, no two times pollution, long life and so on.&
