ReplyDeleteYour Customer care dept. is very unprofessional. It takes minimum of 3-6 days to rectify sewage pump. You will appreciate that leaving the sewer non-functional for that long is not good. Moreover, handling of customer with 'who cares' attitude of Mr. Rajesh needs to be corrected.
